My mission is to help you better understand your health, nutrition, and the factors that may be keeping you from feeling your best. I believe nutrition care should be individualized, practical, evidence-based, and centered around the whole person.
I first launched Wild Mint Nutrition in 2019 as a space to share my passion for nutrition. Since then, that passion has grown into a career dedicated to helping people navigate their health with greater understanding and confidence. I have now completed my Master of Science in Applied Nutrition and all academic and supervised practice requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) examination eligibility. As I prepare for the RDN exam and Washington State credentialing, Wild Mint Nutrition is growing along with me- from an educational resource into a space where I can provide individualized nutrition support and continue sharing reliable, approachable nutrition information.
Thank you for being here!
Wild Mint Nutrition is evolving along with my career. For now, this space will continue to serve as a home for my nutrition work, resources, and future offerings as they develop.
I’m looking forward to seeing what Wild Mint becomes in this next chapter and to continuing to build it in a way that feels useful, thoughtful, and sustainable.
